How to use

Pour 1 teaspoon (2.0 g) of crushed herbal raw material with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, let it steep for 10-15 minutes, strain the infusion or squeeze the filter bag. Adults should take 1/2 cup (100 ml) of the infusion 2 times a day with meals.
Duration of intake: 1 month. If necessary, the intake can be repeated. Repeated intakes are possible throughout the year.
It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

Indications for use:
Source of flavonoids, tannins, containing essential oil.
Sage has anti-inflammatory, disinfectant, astringent, hemostatic, diuretic, emollient, expectorant, estrogenic, hypoglycemic, hemostatic properties; it also stimulates gastric juice secretion, reduces sweating, inhibits lactation, strengthens the nervous system, and improves memory.
Sage infusion is indicated in combination therapy as a gargle for sore throat and pharyngitis.
Sage also helps with inflammation of the gums and mucous membranes of the oral cavity - gingivitis, stomatitis. In this case, rinses are prescribed."
