Indications

Indications for the use of sterile wipes: they are used as ready-made surgical and dressing materials, for applying dressings, drying wounds, during dressings and surgeries, for tamponade to stop bleeding and drainage, securing dressing material, applying pressure to any part of the body (mainly to stop bleeding), preventing tissue swelling or keeping a limb or other part of the body in a stationary position, as well as for protecting a wound or altered skin surface from external environmental effects - they are secured with a bandage or medical adhesive plaster.

Appearance and properties: The main distinguishing feature of European quality gauze pads is that special equipment is used in their production, which allows for the reliable automatic folding of the edges of the gauze inward during the manufacturing process, thus eliminating the possibility of loose threads entering the wound upon single unwrapping.

Purpose of the pads:
