How to use
EXAMINATION ALGORITHM (AUSCULTATION)
To ensure accurate diagnosis, it is recommended to perform auscultation with the same device previously used.
Diagnosis should preferably be conducted in a closed room, protected from external noise, where the air temperature is +21-25°C.
The cool head of the instrument should be warmed with the heat of the hand beforehand. During the procedure, the patient should expose their body up to the waist and stand in front of the physician.
If the patient has a dense hair covering, the areas to be examined should be shaved and moistened with water before applying the diagnostic device.
The physician begins the diagnosis by firmly holding the head of the instrument with 2-3 fingers. Then, the circumference of the funnel or membrane is tightly applied to the body of the subject. For convenience, the physician may support the patient with one hand, placing it on the opposite side of the stethoscope.
If necessary, mode switching is performed, allowing the listening of sounds and noises of different frequencies. Additionally, during auscultation, it is important to listen from several points (the number of listening points is determined based on the suspected diagnosis).

АЛГОРИТМ ОБСЛЕДОВАНИЯ (ПРОСЛУШИВАНИЯ)
Для точности постановки диагноза аскультацию рекомендуется практиковать с тем прибором, которым пользовались ранее.
Диагностику желательно проводить в закрытом, защищенным от посторонних шумов помещении, где температура воздуха составляет +21-25оС.
Прохладную головку инструмента предварительно подогревают теплом руки. Во время процедуры пациент должен обнажить тело до пояса, находиться перед врачом в положении стоя.
Если на теле пациента есть плотный волосяной покров, места исследований перед прикладыванием диагностического устройства обривают, увлажняют водой.
Врач начинает диагностику, плотно удерживая головку инструмента 2-3 пальцами. После окружность воронки, мембраны плотно прикладывается к телу испытуемого. Чтобы было удобней врач может придерживать пациента рукой, располагая ее с противоположной стороны расположения стетоскопа.
Если нужно, осуществляют переключение режимов, что позволяет прослушивать звуки, шумы разных частот. Также при аскультации важно вести прослушку из нескольких точек (количество точек прослушивания определяется исходя из предполагаемого диагноза).
