How to use
Recommended intake of the dietary supplement for adults and children over 14 years old: 1.5 teaspoons (4 g) per day during meals, providing 26% (2.6 g) of the adequate intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-6 and 10% (1 mg) of vitamin E.
Duration of intake is 1 month; if necessary, it can be repeated.

PUMPKIN SEED OIL SUNLIGHT - Dietary supplement (BAA) obtained from pumpkin seeds (Cucurbita pepo L), belonging to the gourd family, and is a natural source of polyunsaturated fatty acids of the omega-6 family and vitamin E.
Appearance and properties: greenish-brown liquid
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
Polyunsaturated fatty acids in pumpkin oil are incorporated into the lipid bilayer of cell membranes, regulating their microviscosity and permeability, forming the appropriate lipid environment for membrane proteins and enzymes.
The effect of PUFAs depends on their nature and the eicosanoids derived from them.
Linoleic acid C18:2 omega-6 present in the dietary supplement is not synthesized in the human body; its deficiency predisposes individuals to many diseases.
Linoleic acid has a normalizing effect on the walls of blood vessels, increases their plasticity, and reduces permeability, exhibiting anti-sclerotic action.
Vitamin E is represented by tocopherols, which are direct-acting antioxidants, protecting PUFAs and lipids of cell membranes from peroxidative degradation and damage by free radicals, and facilitating the absorption of fats, vitamins A and D.

Характер влияния ПНЖК зависит от их природы и образующихся из них эйкозаноидов.
Линолевая кислота С18:2 омега 6 в составе БАД не синтезируется в организме человека, ее недостаток создает предрасположенность ко многим заболеваниям.
Линолевая кислота оказывает нормализирующее действие на стенки кровеносных сосудов, повышает их пластичность и снижает проницаемость, обладает антисклеротическим действием.
Витамин Е представлен токоферолами, которые являются антиоксидантами прямого действия, защищают ПНЖК и липиды клеточных мембран от перекисного окисления и повреждения свободными радикалами, способствуют усвоению жиров, витаминов А и Д.
