How to use

Methods of use:
Aromatherapy lamp: fill the aromatherapy lamp with water, add 3-5 drops of vanilla essential oil.
Aromatherapy pendant: place 1-2 drops of vanilla essential oil in the pendant.
Enrichment of cosmetic products: add 3-5 drops of vanilla essential oil to 15 ml of base (cream, cosmetic oil).
Baths: fill the bath with water (37-38° C), add 5-6 drops of vanilla essential oil dissolved in an emulsifier (milk, honey), take a bath for 10-15 minutes.
Massage: mix 4-5 drops of vanilla essential oil with 15 ml of base oil (jojoba, peach, etc.).
Steam rooms, saunas: add 2-4 drops to a scoop of water, spray the resulting mixture on benches and walls.

When selecting and using essential oil, certain conditions must be observed:

• The aroma of the chosen essential oil should be pleasing to you.

• The oil should not cause irritation or allergic reactions.

• The selected essential oil should not have contraindications for your health condition.

• It is not recommended to apply undiluted essential oils to the skin. This may cause severe irritation.

Аромалампа: наполнить аромалампу водой, добавить 3-5 капель эфирного масла ванили.
Аромакулон: поместить в аромакулон 1-2 капли эфирного масла ванили.
Обогащение косметических средств: добавить 3-5 капель эфирного масла ванили на 15 мл основы (крем, косметическое масло).
Ванны: наполнить ванну водой (37-38° С), добавить 5-6 капель эфирного масла ванили, раство- ренного в эмульгаторе (молоко, мед), принимать ванну 10-15 мин.
Массаж: смешать 4-5 капель эфирного масла ванили с 15 мл базисного масла (жожоба, перси- кового и др).
Бани, сауны: в ковш с водой добавить 2-4 капли, полученную смесь разбрызгать на лавки и стены.

При выборе и использовании эфирного масла необходимо соблюдать определенные условия:

• Аромат выбранного Вами эфирного масла должен нравиться.

• Масло не должно вызывать раздражения и аллергических реакций.

• Выбранное эфирное масло не должно иметь противопоказаний для состояния здоровья.

• Не рекомендуется наносить на кожу неразбавленные эфирные масла. Это может вызвать силь-
ное раздражение.
