How to use
Massage: Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of any cosmetic oil (jojoba, peach, almond, etc.) or massage cream, apply to the skin, and perform the massage procedure.
Use for: ARVI, influenza, bronchitis, tuberculosis, vaginal candidiasis, cystitis, and other infections of the urogenital system; to stimulate the immune system; to relieve nervous tension and anxiety.
Rubbing: Mix 10-15 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of any cosmetic oil, and rub into the affected area until fully absorbed. For cough, perform vigorous tapping movements on the chest and back, repeating the procedure several times a day.
Aromatherapy lamp: Pour hot water into the well of the aromatherapy lamp, add essential oil, and place a lit candle inside the lamp; aromatize the room for 20 minutes (for first use) to 1 hour. For initial sessions with the aromatherapy lamp, use 2-3 drops of essential oil. The dosage can be increased later, but the scent from the lamp should not be strong or overwhelming. The optimal dosage for a room of 16-20 m² is 4-8 drops of essential oil.
Use for: softening the effects of shock; relieving nervous tension, anxiety, mental fatigue; stimulating mental abilities; enhancing concentration.
Warm inhalations: Inhalations using a Mahold inhaler. Pour 5 ml of warm water (35-40°C) into the inhaler, then add 3-6 drops of essential oil or a mixture of essential oils.
Inhalation through the mouth: Inhale the inhalation mixture through the mouthpiece of the inhaler, exhale through the nose.
Inhalation through the nose: Inhale the inhalation mixture through the nose, exhale through the mouth.
To enhance the therapeutic effect, the bottom of the inhaler can be placed in a container with hot water (60-80°C).
Cold compress: Mix 5-6 drops of essential oil in 200 ml of cold water (10-15°C), then immerse a cotton cloth in this water, lightly wring it out, and apply it to the area of the affected organ, forehead, neck, or calf muscles, securing it with a dry cloth. Duration of the procedure: 15-20 minutes.
Use for: healing wounds, burns, cuts, abrasions, and alleviating the effects of insect bites.
Applications: Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to 15 ml of any cosmetic oil. Soak a piece of cotton in the resulting solution and apply it to the affected area for 10-15 minutes several times a day.
Use for: treating fungal skin and nail diseases.
Enrichment of cosmetic products: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 10-15 ml of shampoo, and mix thoroughly.
Use against dandruff and hair loss.
Use of undiluted essential oil: Apply undiluted essential oil to the skin defect. Avoid contact with healthy skin.
Use for removing warts and treating herpes on the lips.

Массаж: 3-5 капель эфирного масла смешайте с 10 мл любого косметического масла (жожоба, персикового, миндального и др.) или массажного крема, нанесите на кожу, проведите процедуру массаж.
Используйте при: ОРВИ, гриппе, бронхите, туберкулезе, вагинальной молочнице, цистите и других инфекциях мочеполовой системы, для стимуляции иммунной системы, снятия нервного напряжения, беспокойства.
Растирания: 10-15 капель эфирного масла смешайте с 10 мл любого косметического масла, втирайте в необходимое место до полного впитывания. Растирания при кашле проводите энергичными похлопывающими движениями в области груди и спины, повторяя процедуру несколько раз в день.
Аромалампа: в углубление аромалампы налейте горячую воду, добавьте эфирное масло, поставьте зажженную свечу внутрь аромалампы, ароматизируйте помещение от 20 минут (при первом использовании) до 1 часа. Для первых сеансов с аромалампой используйте 2-3 капли эфирного масла. Дозировку в дальнейшем можно увеличить, при этом запах от аромалампы не должен быть сильным и назойливым. Наиболее оптимальная дозировка на комнату 16-20 м2 - 4-8 капель эфирного масла.
Используйте для: смягчения последствий шока, снятия нервного напряжения, беспокойства, умственного переутомления, стимуляции умственных способностей, концентрации внимания.
Тёплые ингаляции: ингаляции с помощью ингалятора Махольда. В ингалятор налейте 5 мл теплой воды (35-40°C), затем добавьте 3-6 капель эфирного масла или смеси эфирных масел.
Ингаляции через рот
Вдыхайте ингаляционную смесь через мундштук ингалятора ртом, выдыхайте носом.
Ингаляции через нос
Вдыхайте ингаляционную смесь через нос, выдыхайте ртом.
Для усиления лечебного эффекта дно ингалятора можно опустить в ёмкость с горячей водой (60-80°С).
Холодный компресс: в 200 мл холодной воды (10 – 15°С) размешайте 5-6 капель эфирного масла, после чего погрузите в эту воду х/б ткань, слегка отожмите и наложите на область проекции больного органа, лоб, шею, икроножные мышцы, закрепите сухой тканью. Время проведения процедуры – 15-20 мин.
Используйте для: заживления ран, ожогов, порезов, ссадин, устранения последствий укусов насекомых.
Аппликации: к 15 мл любого косметического масла добавьте 6-8 капель эфирного масла. Полученным раствором пропитайте кусочек ваты и прикладывайте к больному месту на 10-15 минут несколько раз в течение дня.
Используйте для: лечения грибковых заболеваний кожи и ногтей.
Обогащение косметических средств: к 10-15 мл шампуня добавьте 3-5 капель эфирного масла, тщательно перемешайте.
Используйте против перхоти и выпадения волос.
Использование неразбавленного эфирного масла: неразбавленное эфирное масло нанесите на дефект кожи. Не допускайте попадания масла на здоровую кожу.
Используйте для удаления бородавок, против герпеса на губах.
