How to use
Pour 1 dessert spoon (1.5 g) of the raw material with 200 ml of boiling water, infuse for 20 minutes, and strain. Adults should take 1/2 cup twice a day with meals. Duration of intake: 1 month. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.
