How to use
For children aged 12 and older, take 1 capsule (400 mg) 1-2 times a day with meals.
For adults, take 2 capsules (400 mg) 1-2 times a day with meals.
Duration of intake is 1-2 months.
Repeat courses are recommended every 2-3 months.

Active ingredient: ossein-hydroxyapatite compound (OHS) - 236 mg, corresponding to: ossein - not less than 160 mg, calcium hydrophosphate (hydroxyapatite) - not less than 52 mg, phosphorus - not less than 24 mg. Contains 11 vitamins and minerals: vitamin A (retinol ester), vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin B9 (folic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin E (tocopherols), vitamin PP (niacin), vitamin H (biotin), iron, magnesium, chromium, zinc, silicon, iodine, boron, molybdenum, selenium, zinc, manganese.
