Indications
Single-component urostomy bags TRIOCEL®-URO are intended for patients with a urostomy measuring 20 to 60 mm. Urostomy bags can be used both in a hospital setting and at home.

How to use
HOW TO PROPERLY CUT A HOLE IN A URINARY BAG:
The hole in the urinary bag should match the shape and size of the stoma.
The adhesive layer of the urinary bag is covered with a protective coating featuring concentric circles.
The hole for the stoma can be cut along the concentric circles or using an individual template, which can be made from sturdy cardboard. The template should match the size of the stoma.
To avoid cutting the bag, gently pull the walls apart and carefully cut the hole for the stoma without touching the back wall of the colostomy bag.
It is recommended to use scissors with rounded blades and blunt tips.
HOW TO CLOSE THE URINARY BAG
When using the urinary bag, ensure that the drainage tap is closed, i.e., the drainage tap stopper prevents liquid from exiting the urinary bag.
HOW TO PREPARE THE STOMA
For the urinary bag to adhere well to the body, the skin around the stoma must be clean, dry, and free of creams, ointments, etc. Wash the skin around the stoma with warm water and soap, and dry it with a soft towel or a hairdryer.
Do not apply the urinary bag to wet skin! Thoroughly dry the skin around the stoma for better adhesion of the colostomy bag.
HOW TO APPLY THE URINARY BAG
Before applying, warm the adhesive layer (without removing the protective coating from the urinary bag) between your palms or under your armpit for a few minutes. Then remove protective coating A without touching protective coating B. Starting from the lower edge of the stoma hole, apply the urinary bag to the body. After that, remove protective coating B (if present): first one half, then the other, and then press the adhesive material to the body.
For better adhesion of the urinary bag, press it firmly against the body and smooth the adhesive layer from the stoma to the edges.
If the stoma patient is bedridden, the urinary bag can be applied with the outlet facing sideways.
HOW TO CHANGE THE URINARY BAG
Change the urinary bag as needed: when there is an odor, when there is leakage at the attachment site, when experiencing any discomfort, or in other cases. Remove the urinary bag slowly, gently peeling off the adhesive layer while holding the skin with your hand.
Avoid frequent, unjustified changes of the urinary bag, as this may cause skin irritation!
ATTENTION!
It is permissible to apply the urinary bag over remaining fragments of the adhesive layer on the skin!
For longer use of the urinary bag and to protect the skin around the stoma, it is recommended to use ABUTSEL® paste.

КАК ПРАВИЛЬНО ВЫРЕЗАТЬ ОТВЕРСТИЕ В УРОПРИЁМНИКЕ:
Отверстие уроприёмника должно соответствовать форме и размеру стомы.
Липкий слой уроприёмника покрыт защитным покрытием с нанесенными на него концентрическими окружностями.
Отверстие для стомы можно вырезать по концентрическим окружностям или по индивидуальному шаблону, который можно изготовить самостоятельно из плотного картона. Шаблон должен соответствовать размеру стомы.
Во избежание пореза емкости разведите стенки в разные стороны и осторожно вырежьте отверстие для стомы, не задевая заднюю стенку калоприемника.
Рекомендуем пользоваться ножницами с закругленными лезвиями с тупыми концами.
КАК ЗАКРЫТЬ УРОПРИЁМНИК
При использовании уроприёмника следует убедиться в том, что сливной кран закрыт, т.е. пробка сливного крана препятствует выходу жидкости из уроприёмника.
КАК ПОДГОТОВИТЬ СТОМУ
Для того, чтобы уроприёмник хорошо держался на теле, кожа вокруг стомы должна быть чистой, сухой, без кремов, мазей и пр. Вымойте кожу вокруг стомы теплой водой с мылом и высушите мягким полотенцем или феном.
Не наклеивайте уроприёмник на влажную кожу! Тщательно просушите кожу вокруг стомы для лучшего приклеивания калоприемника.
КАК НАКЛЕИТЬ УРОПРИЁМНИК
Перед наклеиванием, в течение нескольких минут, прогрейте липкий слой (не снимая защитного покрытия с уроприёмника) между ладонями, подмышкой). Затем снимите защитное покрытие А не затрагивая при этом защитное покрытие Б. Начиная с нижнего края отверстия для стомы, наклейте уроприёмник на тело. После этого удалите защитное покрытие Б (при его наличии): сначала одну половинку, потом другую, затем приложите липкий материал к телу.
Для лучшего приклеивания уроприёмника плотно прижмите его к телу и разгладьте липкий слой от стомы к краям.
Если стомированный пациент - лежачий, то уроприемник можно наклеивать выпускным отверстием набок.
КАК СМЕНИТЬ УРОПРИЁМНИК
Меняйте уроприёмник по мере необходимости: при возникновении запаха, при подтекании в месте крепления, при ощущении каких-либо неудобств или в других случаях. Снимайте уроприёмник медленно, осторожно отслаивая липкий слой, придерживая при этом кожу рукой.
Следует избегать частой, не оправданной необходимостью смены уроприёмника. При этом возможно раздражение кожи!
ВНИМАНИЕ!
Допускается наклеивание уроприёмника на оставшиеся на коже фрагменты липкого слоя!
Для более длительного использования уроприёмника, а также для защиты кожи вокруг стомы рекомендуем пользоваться пастой АБУЦЕЛ®.

Contraindications & warnings
WARNING!!!
The TRIOCEL® urine collector should be removed ONLY in case of loss of integrity, i.e., when there is an odor or leakage, when a burning sensation occurs under the adhesive layer, or in other cases where removal is necessary.
Unjustifiably frequent changes of urine collectors may cause skin irritation under the adhesive layer. Removing a container that is well and securely adhered to the skin can damage the upper layer of the skin, leading to inflammation, irritation, and bleeding.
DISPOSAL CONDITIONS
Do not dispose of the urine collector in the sewage system! After emptying, wrap the urine collector in paper or a plastic bag and dispose of it in a waste container.

Неоправданно частая смена уроприёмников может вызвать раздражение кожи под клейким слоем. Отрывая ёмкость, которая хорошо, надежно держится на коже, вы повреждаете верхний слой кожи, что приводит к его воспалению, раздражению, кровоточению.
