Indications

- Edema-pain syndrome and microcirculatory-trophic disorders caused by venous insufficiency of the lower extremities (varicose veins, acute and chronic thrombophlebitis, post-thrombotic syndrome, chronic lymphostasis);
- Soft tissue injuries (hematomas, dislocations, sprains);
- To accelerate granulation and epithelialization of trophic ulcers in the regeneration phase (in the absence of pronounced exudation).

How to use

For external use. Apply a thin layer to the affected area 2-3 times a day, evenly distributing over the skin surface with light rubbing motions until fully absorbed.
The treatment course lasts 2-3 weeks. The necessity for further treatment is determined by the attending physician based on the severity of the pathological process and the results of clinical analyses. In case of disease recurrence, the treatment course may be conducted 2-3 times a year.
For trophic ulcers with low exudation, before applying the product, cleanse the wound surface of exudate and necrotic tissue; if necessary, rinse with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, nitrofural 1:5000, or 0.05% chlorhexidine bigluconate, and dry. The gel is applied evenly in a thin layer so that the entire affected surface is covered with the product, and a sterile gauze dressing is applied. Change the dressings once a day. In the open treatment method, the product is applied 1-2 times a day. The duration of treatment is determined by the dynamics of epithelialization.

Наружно. Наносят тонким слоем на пораженную область 2-3 раза в сутки, равномерно распределяя по поверхности кожи легкими втирающими движениями до полного впитывания.
Курс лечения составляет 2-3 недели. Необходимость дальнейшего лечения определяет лечащий врач, исходя из тяжести патологического процесса и результатов клинических анализов. При рецидиве заболевания курс лечения можно проводить 2-3 раза в год.
При трофических язвах со слабой экссудацией перед применением препарата раневую поверхность очищают от экссудата и некротических тканей, при необходимости промывают раствором перекиси водорода 3 %, нитрофурала 1:5000 или хлоргексидина биглюконата 0,05 % и просушивают. Гель наносят равномерным тонким слоем таким образом, чтобы вся пораженная поверхность была покрыта препаратом, и накладывают стерильную марлевую повязку. Смену повязок проводят 1 раз в сутки. При открытом способе лечения препарат наносят 1-2 раза в день. Продолжительность лечения определяется динамикой эпителизации.

Composition

100 g of gel contains:
active ingredients: troxerutin (calculated as 100% substance) - 2 g, sodium heparin (calculated as dry substance) - 0.25 g (30000 IU), dexpanthenol (calculated as 100% substance) - 5 g;
excipients: phenylethanol, propylene glycol, carbomer 940 or 980, trometamol, purified water.

A clear or almost clear gel of light yellow color with a specific odor.

Pharmacology

Venolife Gel is a combined preparation for external use, the pharmacological properties of which are determined by the action of its constituent substances.
Heparin - a direct-acting anticoagulant, a natural anticoagulant factor of the body - has anti-inflammatory effects, promotes the regeneration of connective tissue by inhibiting the activity of hyaluronidase; prevents thrombus formation, activates the fibrinolytic properties of blood; improves local blood flow.
Dexpanthenol - a provitamin B5 - is converted in the skin to pantothenic acid, which is part of coenzyme A, playing an important role in acetylation and oxidation processes; by improving metabolic processes, dexpanthenol promotes the regeneration of damaged tissues; enhances the absorption of heparin.
Troxerutin - an angioprotective agent; possesses P-vitamin activity (reduces vascular-tissue permeability and capillary fragility), contributes to the normalization of microcirculation and tissue trophism, reduces venous stasis and paravenous tissue congestion; has anti-exudative and anti-inflammatory effects.

When applied locally, the active substances are quickly absorbed by the skin. Heparin accumulates in the upper layers and actively binds to skin proteins; dexpanthenol penetrates all layers of the skin and is converted into pantothenic acid; troxerutin is detected in the dermis after 30 minutes and in the subcutaneous adipose tissue after 2-5 hours.

Гепарин накапливается в верхних слоях и активно связывается с протеинами кожи, декспантенол проникает во все слои кожи и превращается в пантотеновую кислоту, троксерутин через 30 минут обнаруживается в дерме, а через 2-5 часов в подкожной жировой клетчатке.

Venolife gel for external use is a combined preparation for external application, the pharmacological properties of which are determined by the action of its components.

Heparin - a direct-acting anticoagulant, has anti-inflammatory effects, promotes the regeneration of connective tissue, and improves local blood flow.

Dexpanthenol promotes the regeneration of damaged tissues; enhances the absorption of heparin.

Troxerutin - an angioprotective agent, helps normalize microcirculation and tissue trophism, reduces venous stasis and para-venous tissue congestion, and has anti-exudative and anti-inflammatory effects.

Indications for use include varicose veins, thrombophlebitis, soft tissue injuries, and trophic ulcers.
