Indications
As a carrier or diluent for the preparation of sterile infusion and injection solutions from powders, lyophilizates, and concentrates. Used for the preparation of sterile solutions intended for subcutaneous, intramuscular, or intravenous administration immediately before use.
For external use for wound irrigation and moistening of dressings.

Contraindications & warnings
Water for injection should not be used as a solvent for the medicinal product if another solvent is specified in the medical use instructions for the product.
Injection water should not be mixed with oily injection solutions or external cauterizing agents. Medicinal products, the concentration of which must be within certain limits, should be diluted with injection water only within the specified limits.
Injection water cannot be directly administered intravenously due to low osmotic pressure (risk of hemolysis!).

Вода для инъекций не должна применяться в качестве растворителя лекарственного препарата, если в инструкции по медицинскому применению препарата указан другой растворитель.
Воду для инъекций не смешивают с масляными растворами для инъекций, наружными средствами для прижигания. Лекарственные средства, концентрация которых должна быть в определенных границах, разбавляют водой для инъекций только в указанных пределах.
Вода для инъекций не может быть прямо введена внутрисосудисто из-за низкого осмотического давления (риск гемолиза!).
