How to use

• Bran should be taken during meals, with a sufficient amount of liquid (at least 1 glass). It is advisable to gradually introduce bran into the diet, starting with 10-15 g (2-3 tablespoons) and increasing the amount to 50-60 g (12 tablespoons) per day over 1.5-3 weeks.

• Pour milk, kefir, or yogurt over the bran to create a healthy and low-calorie breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

• You can add bran to soups or cereals, and also consume it instead of bread.
Duration of intake: 1 month.
It is recommended to conduct 3 courses per year.

• Dietary fibers help resist harmful environmental factors, reduce the toxic load on the body, and possess a whole range of beneficial properties:

• help control weight due to their ability to absorb water and increase in volume, filling the stomach space, thereby reducing appetite and the amount of calories absorbed. They slow down the absorption of carbohydrates into the blood, reducing the need for insulin and cravings for sweets;
