How to use
Pour one filter bag (1.5 - 2.0 g) with one glass (200 ml) of boiling water, steep for 15-20 minutes, strain the infusion or squeeze the filter bag. Adults should take 1/2 glass (100 ml) of the infusion 2 times a day with meals. Duration of intake - 1 month. Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.

Description
Icelandic Moss - Lekra-set Lekra Set - is a dietary supplement (BAA) that has found its application in both official and folk medicine.
Cetraria islandica (Icelandic moss) is a unique medicinal plant, the name of which has nothing to do with true mosses.
The plant contains usnic acid, which has strong antibiotic activity, making Icelandic moss effective in the treatment of colds, inflammation of the abdominal organs, and intestines.
Icelandic moss is used in medicine as an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic agent.
The plant possesses powerful antibacterial, wound-healing, and immune-stimulating properties.
In various inflammatory diseases of the respiratory system, Cetraria has a soothing effect; in cases of cough, it helps to liquefy phlegm and promote its expulsion. As an external remedy, a solution of Cetraria is used for conjunctivitis and the treatment of acne. Icelandic moss is available in filter bags of 1.5 grams each - 20 bags per package.
To prepare, pour 1 filter bag with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, steep for 15-20 minutes, and squeeze the filter bag. Adults should take 1/2 cup (100 ml) of the infusion twice a day with meals. The prepared infusion should be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
