How to use
Directions for use: Pour 1 teaspoon (2.0 - 2.5 g) into 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, steep for 10-15 minutes, and strain. Adults and children over 14 years old should take the infusion at a dose of 1 cup 2 times a day with meals.
