How to use
About 6 g (1 tablespoon) of crushed roots is placed in an enamel container, poured with 200 ml (1 cup) of cooled boiled water, covered with a lid, and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, then cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strained, and the remaining raw material is squeezed.
The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
The infusion is taken orally 3 - 4 times a day after meals:
- children aged 3 to 5 years - 1 dessert spoon,
- children aged 6 to 14 years - 1-2 tablespoons,
- children over 14 years and adults - 1/2 - 1/3 cup.
The treatment course lasts 2-3 weeks.
Repeated courses are possible upon doctor's recommendation.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Около 6 г (1 столовая ложка) измельченных корней помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) охлажденной кипяченой воды, закрывают крышкой и нагревают на кипящей водяной бане 15 минут, охлаждают при комнатной температуре 45 минут, процеживают, оставшееся сырье отжимают.
Объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Принимают настой внутрь 3 - 4 раза в день после еды:
-дети от 3 до 5 лет - по 1 десертной ложке,
-дети от 6 до 14 лет - по 1-2 столовые ложки,
-дети старше 14 лет и взрослые - по 1/2 - 1/3 стакана.
Курс лечения 2-3 недели.
Повторные курсы возможны по рекомендации врача.
Перед употреблением настой рекомендуется взбалтывать.
