How to use
Place 2 filter bags in a glass or enamel container, pour in 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid, and infuse for 20 minutes.
Squeeze the filter bags.
Adjust the volume of the resulting infusion to 100 ml with boiled water.
Take the infusion orally, 1-2 tablespoons 3-4 times a day, 40 minutes after meals.
The treatment course lasts 20-25 days.
A repeat course may be conducted after a 10-12 day break, but no more than 4 courses per year.
Shake the infusion before use.

2 фильтр-пакета помещают в стеклянную или эмалированную посуду, заливают 100 мл (1/2 стакана) кипятка, накрывают крышкой и настаивают в течение 20 мин.
Фильтр-пакеты отжимают.
Объем полученного отвара доводят кипяченой водой до 100 мл.
Отвар принимают внутрь по 1-2 столовые ложки 3-4 раза в день через 40 мин после еды.
Курс лечения 20-25 дней.
Возможно повторение курса после 10-12 дневного перерыва, но не более 4-х курсов в год.
Перед употреблением отвар необходимо взбалтывать.

Lingonberry leaves (Vitis idaeae folia)
Pieces of leaves of various shapes, ranging from light green to dark green, with occasional brownish speckles. Odorless. The taste of the aqueous extract is bitter and astringent.

Contraindications & warnings
Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug. Acute renal failure, acute glomerulonephritis, pregnancy, pediatric age under 12 years.

Side effects, overdose & interactions
Allergic reactions are possible. High doses of cranberry preparations or prolonged use may lead to exacerbation of inflammatory kidney diseases due to prolonged irritation of the renal tubules.

Lingonberry leaves contain arbutin, methyl arbutin, flavonoids, tannins, and other biologically active substances. The decoction of lingonberry leaves has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and diuretic effects. Lingonberry Leaves 20 pcs. filter bags are used for preparing infusions, decoctions, and tea.
