How to use

For adults - take ? teaspoon (2.5g) of the herbal raw material (granules), pour with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, infuse for 15 minutes, strain or squeeze, and take 2/3 cup once a day with meals. Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator.
Duration of intake: 1 month. If necessary, the intake can be repeated. Repeated intakes are possible throughout the year.

взрослым - по ? чайных ложки (2,5г) растительного сырья (гранул), залить 1 стаканом (200 мл) кипятка, настоять 15 минут, отжать или процедить, принимать по 2/3 стакана 1 раз в день во время еды. Готовый настой хранить в холодильнике.
Продолжительность приема: 1 месяц. При необходимости прием можно повторить. Возможны повторные приемы в течение года.
