How to use
About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of sage leaves are placed in an enamel container, poured with 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid, and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. It is then cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strained, and the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml. It is used locally for gargling in adults and children over 12 years old, 1/2 cup of infusion 3-5 times a day while warm. The treatment course is 1 week. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use. If there is no improvement after treatment, or if symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult a doctor. Use the product only according to the indications, method of use, and dosages specified in the instructions.

Около 10 г (2 столовые ложки) листьев шалфея помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) горячей кипяченой воды, закрывают крышкой и нагревают на кипящей водяной бане 15 минут, охлаждают при комнатной температуре 45 минут, процеживают, оставшееся сырье отжимают. Объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл. Применяют местно для полосканий у взрослых и детей старше 12 лет по 1/2 стакана настоя 3-5 раз в день в теплом виде. Курс лечения 1 неделя. Перед применением настой рекомендуется взбалтывать. Если после лечения улучшения не наступает или симптомы усугубляются, или появляются новые симптомы, необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом. Применяйте препарат только согласно тем показаниям, тому способу применения и в тех дозах, которые указаны в инструкции.
Composition
Leaves of medicinal sage.
Pieces of leaves with pieces of petioles, with a small amount of stem pieces, less frequently flowers with or without pedicels, as well as seeds. The color is grayish-green, greenish-gray, or silvery-white with greenish-brown, light brown, yellowish-white, white, reddish-purple, and rare brown speckles. The smell is characteristic. The taste of the aqueous extract is bitter-spicy, slightly astringent.
