How to use

It is a source of tannins.
White potentilla (Potentilla alba L.) is a perennial herbaceous plant from the rose family (Rosaceae), 10-25 cm tall with a woody, thick, oblique, black-brown multi-headed root, light on the cut.
RECOMMENDATIONS in TRADITIONAL MEDICINE
White potentilla is used as a remedy for treating thyroid diseases (thyrotoxicosis, thyroid hyperplasia, hyperthyroidism).
This plant also has astringent, antibacterial, antiseptic, wound-healing, hemostatic, hypotensive properties, and regulates metabolism.
White potentilla is also used for treating gastrointestinal diseases: for diarrhea (astringent property), dysentery (antibacterial, antiseptic, astringent properties), for peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum (antiseptic, wound-healing properties), for gout and rheumatism, to lower blood pressure.
