Treatment of superficial skin mycoses: dermatophytoses, Tinea pedis (athlete's foot), Tinea cruris (inguinal dermatophytosis), Tinea corporis (mycosis of smooth skin), Tinea barbae (beard mycosis), Tinea manus (dermatophytosis of the hands), candidiasis (Monoliasis), as well as Pityriasis versicolor (Pityrosporum orbiculare) (tinea versicolor).

For external use.
Apply the cream to the affected areas of the skin in a uniform thin layer twice a day, covering approximately 1 cm of healthy skin. Before applying the product, cleanse the skin at the application site with soap and water, and dry it.
The duration of treatment depends on the etiology (pathogen) and localization of the infection. Generally, symptoms of the disease disappear within 2-4 weeks. The recommended duration of treatment is 4 weeks.
If there is no improvement after treatment, or if symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, consult a doctor.
Use the product only according to the indications, method of application, and dosages specified in the instructions.

Active ingredient: sertaconazole nitrate - 0.020 g;
Excipients: cetyl alcohol 0.035 g, stearyl alcohol 0.035 g, myristyl alcohol (Sepeziol C 14) 0.020 g, glycerol monostearate (NSE) 0.020 g, sorbitan stearate 0.010 g, polysorbate-60 (Tween 60) 0.035 g, octyldodecanol 0.040 g, liquid paraffin 0.040 g, benzyl alcohol 0.010 g, purified water 0.735 g.

Homogeneous white cream

Increased sensitivity to sertaconazole and other antifungal agents (imidazole derivatives) or to other components of the medication.

Do not use in ophthalmological practice. After application of the product, the use of acidic cleaning agents is not recommended (in an acidic environment, the proliferation of Candida spp. is enhanced).
There is no data on the use of the product in children.
The product contains cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol, which may cause local skin reactions (e.g., contact dermatitis).

Contact dermatitis; transient erythematous reactions at the application site may occur, which do not require discontinuation of the medication.
If you experience side effects listed in the instructions, or if they worsen, or if you notice any other side effects not listed in the instructions, inform your doctor.

Considering the method of administration, overdose with the medication is unlikely.
In case of accidental ingestion of the medication, symptomatic treatment should be administered.

Sertaconazole is an imidazole and benzothiophene derivative with a broad spectrum of activity against pathogenic fungi (Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis, Candida spp., Pityrosporum orbiculare), dermatophytes (Trichophyton and Microsporum), and causative agents of skin and mucosal infections (strains of staphylococci and streptococci). It exhibits fungistatic and fungicidal effects at therapeutic doses.
The mechanism of action of sertaconazole involves the inhibition of ergosterol synthesis, the primary sterol in fungal and yeast membranes, and an increase in cell membrane permeability, leading to the lysis of the fungal cell.

When applied externally, sertaconazole is not detected in the blood and urine.

Store in a tightly closed tube in a light-protected place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
