How to use
ADULTS: Take 1-2 capsules twice a day with meals. Taking four capsules a day provides: 100% of the recommended daily intake of vitamins B1 (1.4 mg), B2 (1.6 mg), B6 (2 mg), B12 (1 mcg); 25% of the recommended daily intake of magnesium (100 mg).
