How to use
Place 2 filter bags (3.0 g) in a glass or enamel container, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover, and infuse for 30 minutes, periodically pressing the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. Adjust the volume of the resulting decoction with boiled water to 200 ml.
The decoction is used locally for compresses and 1/2-1/3 cup for douching and rinsing 2-3 times a day. The treatment course is 5-14 days.
It is recommended to shake the decoction before use.

2 фильтр-пакета (3,0 г) помещают в стеклянную или эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) кипятка, накрывают и настаивают 30 минут, периодически надавливая на пакетики ложкой, затем их отжимают. Объем полученного отвара доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл
Отвар применяют местно для примочек и по 1/2-1/3 стакана для спринцеваний и полосканий 2-3 раза в день. Курс лечения 5-14 дней.

Composition
Rhizomes of Bergenia crassifolia.
Pieces of rhizomes and scaly remnants of leaf petioles of various shapes. Color ranges from light pink to light brown with dark brown, almost black, and less frequently whitish and greenish specks. Odor is absent. The taste of the aqueous extract is strongly astringent.

Корневища бадана толстолистного.
Кусочки корневищ и чешуевидных остатков черешков листьев различной формы. Цвет от светло-розового до светло-коричневого с темно-коричневыми, почти черными, реже беловатыми и зеленоватыми вкраплениями. Запах отсутствует. Вкус водного извлечения сильно вяжущий.
