How to use

Pour 1 teaspoon (3.0 g) of crushed herbal raw material with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, let it steep for 15 minutes, strain the infusion or squeeze the filter bag. Adults should take 1/4 cup (50 ml) twice a day or 1/2 cup (100 ml) of the infusion once a day, during meals. Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Duration of intake: 1 month. Repeated courses may be taken throughout the year.

1 чайную ложку (3,0г) измельченого растительного сырья залить 1 стаканом (200 мл) кипятка, настоять 15 минут, процедить настой или отжать фильтр-пакет. Взрослым принимать по 1/4 стакана (50 мл) 2 раза в день или по 1/2 стакана (100 мл) настоя 1 раз в день, во время еды. Готовый настой хранить в холодильнике не более 2-х суток.

Application:
- Topically - the infusion of calendula flowers is used for rinsing in inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity (stomatitis, gingivitis, periodontitis) and throat (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis);
- Internally - used as a choleretic agent in chronic cholecystitis, cholangitis; effective in gastritis.

Применение: местно - настой цветков календулы применяют для полосканий при воспалительных заболеваниях полости рта (стоматит, гингивит, пародонтит) и глотки (тонзиллит, фарингит, ларингит); внутрь - применяют в качестве желчегонного средства при хроническом холецистите, холангите; эффективна при гастрите.
