How to use

1. Choose a Cosmopor® package depending on the size of the wound, and open it.
2. Take out the dressing, remove the covering, and attach the dressing to the wound, gently smoothing and pressing it down. The pad should completely cover the wound. The dressing change occurs on an individual basis, but no less than once every three days.

2. Достать повязку, удалить покрытие и прикрепить повязку к ране, аккуратно разгладить и прижать.
Подушечка при этом должна полностью покрыть рану.
Смена повязки происходит в индивидуальном режиме, но не реже, чем один раз в три дня.

The Cosmopor® silicone line is presented with a wide range of bandage sizes for different types of wounds and various packaging formats for both professional (50, 25, 10 pieces per package) and home use (5 pieces per package).

Absorbent pad size 16 cm x 5.5 cm
The absorbent bandage is of the plaster type with a contact layer made of Cosmopor® silicone.
Cosmopor® silicone is an inactive single-use self-adhesive sterile and semi-permeable wound dressing (hydrocellular thin dressing) consisting of a non-woven base material (carrier material) and an absorbent pad for the wound. Both parts of the dressing are covered with a silicone adhesive perforated layer and protected by a film.
Cosmopor® silicone has a number of advantages:
The silicone coating ensures reliable fixation and gentle removal. Thanks to the silicone coating, the dressing does not stick to the wound and postoperative sutures, providing painless and gentle removal from the wound and surrounding skin. Now removing the dressing is completely painless!
The thick three-layer pad with superabsorbent fibers and patented DryBarrier® technology absorbs and retains exudate within the pad, preventing its return to the wound, provides cushioning, and creates a mechanical barrier that helps protect the wound from pressure and friction.
The water-repellent breathable soft base of the dressing with rounded edges protects the wound, conforms to the contours of the body, and does not twist during wear.
The dressing can remain on the wound for up to 3 days.
Suitable for sensitive and fragile skin.
Especially relevant for use in newborns, children, patients with sensitive skin, those who have undergone surgical interventions, oncology patients, and for frequent dressing changes to minimize skin trauma.
