Toothpaste Be you:
Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush. Clean all surfaces of the teeth using circular motions.
It is recommended to brush teeth twice a day, in the morning and evening, for at least 2 minutes.
Children aged 6 years and younger: the amount of toothpaste used should not exceed the size of a pea. To minimize swallowing, brushing should be done under adult supervision.

Toothbrush CS 5460:
Hold the brush horizontally at a 45° angle to the gum. Clean the row of teeth using circular motions along the gum line and the chewing surface.
After use, rinse the brush under warm running water.
Store in an upright position with the working part facing up. Storage conditions are standard.

Interdental brushes:
Place the tip of the brush against the interdental space at an angle to the gum. Gently press on the brush and insert it at a comfortable angle to a depth of half the stem. Tilt the brush holder towards the gum and carefully insert the brush to its full length, then remove it.
For effective cleaning, one insertion of the brush into the interdental space is sufficient.
Attention: do not apply force in narrow interdental spaces to avoid injuring the gum.
