Method of application and doses

Application procedure:
• Put on the compression knitwear in the morning, immediately after getting out of bed.
• After completing morning hygiene procedures, lie down for 5-10 minutes, raising your legs at an angle of 30-45 degrees to normalize venous blood flow.
• Turn the product inside out to the heel.
• Put the product on your foot, ensuring that the heel of the stocking is correctly positioned on your leg.
• Evenly distribute the product along the leg without twisting it.
• While putting it on, grasp 3-5 cm of the product with your fingers.
• Do not stretch the product, as this disrupts its compression properties.
• To avoid damaging the product, use rubber gloves.
• If the skin on your legs is damp, dust your legs with talcum powder or baby powder.
Wearing regimen and duration:
• The product is put on in the morning, immediately after getting out of bed.
• The product is removed before sleep and sanitized.
• The product is worn all day without breaks.
