How to use
Application procedure:
• Put on the compression garment in the morning, immediately after getting out of bed.
• After completing morning hygiene procedures, lie down for 5-10 minutes with your legs elevated at an angle of 30-45 degrees to normalize venous blood flow.
• Turn the garment inside out up to the heel.
• Put the garment on the foot, ensuring that the heel of the stocking is correctly positioned on the leg.
• Evenly distribute the garment along the leg without twisting it.
• While putting it on, grasp 3-5 cm of the garment with your fingers.
• Do not stretch the garment, as this disrupts its compression properties.
• To avoid damaging the garment, use rubber gloves.
• If the skin on the legs is damp, dust the legs with talcum powder or baby powder.
Wearing regimen and duration:
• The garment is put on in the morning, immediately after getting out of bed.
• The garment is removed before sleep and sanitized.
• The garment is worn all day without breaks.

Порядок применения:
• Надевать компрессионный трикотаж утром, сразу после того как встали с кровати.
• После завершения утренних гигиенических процедур необходимо полежать 5-10 минут, приподняв ноги под углом 30-45 градусов для нормализации оттока венозной крови.
• Изделие вывернуть на изнаночную сторону до пятки.
• Надеть изделие на стопу, убедиться, что пятка чулка правильно расположена на ноге.
• Равномерно, не перекручивая, распределите изделие по ноге.
• Надевая, захватывайте пальцами по 3-5 см изделия.
• Не натягивайте изделие, это нарушает его компрессионные свойства.
• Во избежание нарушения целостности изделия используйте резиновые перчатки.
• Если кожа ног влажная, припудрите ноги тальком или детской присыпкой.
Режим и сроки ношения:
• Изделие надевается с утра, сразу после того как встали с постели.
• Изделие снимается перед сном и санируется.
• Изделие носится целый день без перерывов.

Pharmacology
Anti-varicose tights are made from combined materials. The second-class anti-varicose knitwear exerts a compressive effect on the underlying soft tissues (23-32 mmHg). It helps normalize venous blood outflow due to graduated compression on the muscles and venous wall. In the area of the ankle and ankle joint, the compression is 100%; below the knee joint, the compression is 70%; and in the upper third of the thigh, it is no more than 40% of the initial value. The gradual decrease in compression allows for the normalization of fluid outflow from the lower parts of the legs, protects the venous wall from deformation, and accelerates blood flow, simplifying and normalizing the function of the venous pump.
