Method of application and doses

Rectally. The drug is administered into the rectum. Usually, defecation occurs 5-10 minutes after administration of the drug. Residues of the suppository are expelled from the intestine with feces. For children from 3 months of age and older, the dose is 750 mg once a day. For adults: the dose is 1500 mg once a day. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 2 suppositories per day. Before and after using the suppositories, hands should be thoroughly washed. The drug should not be used for more than 7 days without special instructions from a doctor.
