How to use
Method of Use
Obstetric-gynecological examination using the Gynecological Kits "Yunona" should be performed in accordance with generally accepted aseptic rules.
Recommended procedure for use:
1. Open the sterilization (final) packaging of the kit and remove the underpad and shoe covers (for kits in the “+” version).
2. Hand the shoe covers to the patient (for kits in the “+” version).
3. Place the underpad on the gynecological chair, then put on gloves.
4. Use the instruments included in the kits according to the operating instructions for each specific instrument.
5. Used instruments, underpads, shoe covers, and gloves must be disposed of after disinfection.

Методика применения
Акушерско-гинекологический осмотр с использованием Наборов гинекологических «Юнона» должен выполняется с соблюдением общепринятых правил асептики.
Рекомендуемый порядок применения.
1. Вскрыть стерилизационную (конечную) упаковку набора и извлечь подкладную пеленку и бахилы (для наборов в исполнении «+»).
2. Передать пациентке бахилы (для наборов в исполнении «+»).
3. Подкладную пеленку поместить на гинекологическое кресло, затем надеть перчатки.
4. Применять инструменты, входящие в состав наборов, в соответствии с руководством по эксплуатации конкретного инструмента.
5. Использованные инструменты, подкладные пеленки, бахилы и перчатки после дезинфекции подлежат утилизации.

• Single-use sets are not subject to maintenance or repair.
• Use of the instrument is not permitted if the integrity of the sterilization (final) packaging is compromised.
• Use of the instrument is not permitted if the expiration date indicated on the label has been exceeded.
• Special caution is required in the case of pregnancy of the patient.
• The gynecological sets "Yunona" must be used immediately after removal from the final packaging.
• The gynecological sets "Yunona" should only be used by qualified medical personnel.
• Individuals with individual intolerance (increased sensitivity) to natural latex or synthetic rubber may experience allergic reactions when using the gloves included in the set.

Side effects, overdose & interactions
No side effects have been observed with the use of the kits. When using a mirror that is not the appropriate size (larger than necessary, size of the blades), pain and discomfort may occur. The use of gloves included in the kits may cause allergic reactions in individuals with a specific intolerance (increased sensitivity) to natural latex or synthetic rubber.

Побочных эффектов при применении наборов не наблюдается. При введении зеркала не соответствующего размера (больший, чем необходимо, размер створок) возможна болезненность и явление дискомфорта. Pharmacology
Medical device Gynecological Sets "Yunona" (TU RB 300046934.010-2002) (hereinafter referred to as sets), single-use, intended for gynecological examinations during investigations, surgeries, and other procedures.
The gloves in the set are wrapped in a drape.
Field of application - obstetrics and gynecology. The sets are used in specialized medical institutions by qualified medical professionals.
The set is designed for conducting gynecological examinations and examining the mucosa of the vagina and cervix using specula.
The set consists of:
1. Cusco speculum No. 2/M, which consists of upper and lower blades, hinged together, and a blue locking mechanism.
• Height of the speculum from the upper edge of the upper blade to the lower edge of the lower handle – 150±10 mm.
• Length of the speculum from the front edge of the upper blade to the back edge of the upper handle – 165±10 mm.
• Width of the working part of the speculum along its entire working length (upper and lower blades) – 30±2 mm.
• Maximum width of the speculum (in the area of the viewing window) – 42±3 mm.
• Full opening of the blades is at least – 65 mm.
• The opening of the speculum blades is secured by rotating the locking mechanism by 90°.
• The locking mechanism has teeth (8 on each side), length of the locking mechanism – 66±1 mm, the gap between the teeth of the locking mechanism is uneven and ranges from – 5.0-3.5-3.0-2.3-2.0-1.8-1.3 mm.
• The viewing window is an oval with dimensions: 35±3 mm × 45±3 mm.
• Length of the lower blade handle – 115±5 mm from the axis of rotation of the blades to the end of the handle.
• Length of the upper blade handle – 90±5 mm from the axis of rotation of the blades to the end of the handle.
• Working length of the blades (upper and lower) - 90±5 mm.
• Maximum length of the upper blade (from the rounded edge of the blade to the viewing window) - 105±5 mm.
• Edge type of the blades – rounded.
• Internal diameter of the blades is not less than – 16 mm.
In the closed position, the transverse displacement of the speculum blades relative to each other does not exceed 1.0 mm.
The blue locking mechanism holds the opened blades of the speculum under a force of at least 20 N.
The material of the speculum is polystyrene.
2. Underpad drapes 40×60 cm.
3. 1 pair of gloves size M (latex or nitrile). The gloves are placed inside a roll of drape.
4. Direction insert, provided upon consumer request.
The set is packaged in a single molded blister pack, allowing it to be used as a tray for the instruments contained in the set. STERILE.

Перчатки в наборе завёрнуты в пелёнку.
Область применения - акушерство и гинекология. Наборы используются в специализированных медучреждениях врачом специалистом.
Набор предназначен для проведения гинекологического осмотра и осмотра слизистой влагалища и шейки матки в зеркалах.
Набор состоит из:
1. Зеркала по Куско №2/М которое состоит из верхней и нижней створок, соединенных шарнирно, и поворотного фиксатора синего цвета.
• Высота зеркала от верхнего края верхней створки до нижнего края нижней ручки – 150±10 мм.
• Длина зеркала от переднего края верхней створки до заднего края верхней ручки – 165±10 мм.
• Ширина рабочей части зеркала на всей рабочей длине (верхней и нижней створок) – 30±2 мм.
• Максимальная ширина зеркала (в области смотрового окна) – 42±3 мм.
• Полное раскрытие створок не менее – 65 мм.
• Фиксация раскрытия створок зеркала обеспечивается поворотом фиксатора на 90°.
• На фиксаторе расположены зубцы (по 8 шт. с каждой стороны), длина фиксатора-66±1мм, просвет между зубьями фиксатора неравномерный и
составляет – 5,0-3,5-3,0-2,3-2,0-1,8-1,3 мм.
• Смотровое окно представляет собой овал со сторонами: 35±3 мм × 45±3 мм.
• Длина рукоятки нижней створки – 115±5 мм от оси вращения створок до конца рукоятки.
• Длина рукоятки верхней створки – 90±5 мм от оси вращения створок до конца рукоятки.
• Рабочая длина створок (верхней и нижней) - 90±5 мм.
• Максимальная длина верхней створки (от закругления створки до смотрового окна) - 105±5 мм.
• Вид кромки створок – закругленный.
• Внутренний диаметр створок не менее – 16 мм.
В сомкнутом положении поперечное смещение створок зеркала друг относительно друга не превышает 1,0 мм.
Фиксатор синего цвета, удерживает раскрытые створки зеркала при приложении усилия на них не менее 20 Н.
Материал зеркала полистирол.
2. Подкладной пеленки 40×60 см.
3. 1 пары перчаток размера М (латексных или нитриловых). Перчатки уложены внутри рулона из пеленки.
4. Вкладыш-направления, которым комплектуется по требованию потребителя.
Набор упакован в единую формованную блистерную упаковку, позволяющую использовать ее в качестве лотка для инструментов,
содержащихся в наборе. СТЕРИЛЬНО.
