Indications
Chronic anal fissures in the epithelialization stage, chronic bleeding hemorrhoids, proctosigmoiditis, and inflammatory phenomena in the rectum during the postoperative period.

How to use
Rectally. The suppository is removed from the blister pack and inserted with the pointed end after bowel evacuation or a cleansing enema, as deeply as possible into the rectum.
Adults and children over 14 years - 1 suppository 2 times a day.
The duration of the treatment course is 7-14 days.
If there is no improvement after treatment, or if symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Ректально. Суппозиторий освобождают от контурной упаковки и вводят заостренным концом после опорожнения кишечника или очистительной клизмы, по возможности глубоко в прямую кишку.
Взрослым и детям старше 14 лет - по 1 суппозиторию 2 раза в сутки.
Длительность курса лечения препаратом составляет 7-14 дней.
Если после лечения улучшения не наступает или симптомы усугубляются, или появляются новые симптомы, необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом.
Composition
1 suppository contains:
Active ingredient: sodium alginate - 250 mg.
Excipients: solid fat - up to a total mass of the suppository 2250 mg.
Suppositories in a torpedo shape, white with a brownish tint, or light brown, or light gray with a brownish tint; the appearance of a coating on the surface of the suppository and the presence of an air core or a funnel-shaped indentation at the base are permissible.

Действующее вещество: натрия алгинат - 250 мг.
Вспомогательное вещество: жир твердый - до получения массы суппозитория 2250 мг.
Суппозитории торпедообразной формы белого с коричневатым оттенком, или светло-коричневого, или светло-серого с коричневатым оттенком цвета, допускается появление налета на поверхности суппозитория и наличие на срезе воздушного стержня или воронкообразного углубления у основания.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
The drug is not contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Use the medication only according to the indications, method of administration, and dosages specified in the instructions. Do not exceed the maximum duration and recommended doses for self-administration of the medication.
The use of the medication does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or operate machinery.
