How to use
Place about 10 g (1 tablespoon) of the collection in an enamel container, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water over it, cover with a lid, and infuse in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes; cool at room temperature for 45 minutes; strain, and squeeze the remaining raw material.
Adjust the volume of the resulting infusion to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take the resulting infusion orally, 1/4 cup 3-4 times a day after meals.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Около 10 г (1 столовая ложка) сбора помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) горячей кипяченой воды, накрывают крышкой и настаивают на кипящей водяной бане 15 минут, охлаждают при комнатной температуре 45 минут, процеживают, оставшееся сырье отжимают.
Объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Полученный настой принимают внутрь по 1/4 стакана 3-4 раза в день после еды.
Перед употреблением настой рекомендуется взбалтывать.

A mixture of crushed rosehip fruits with whole rowan fruits. Pieces of rosehip fruits range from orange-red to reddish-brown and brown in color, with a hard bristly hair covering on the inside; the seeds are small, light yellow, hard, elongated with slightly pronounced edges. Rowan fruits are apple-shaped, without pedicels, 2-5-celled, rounded or oval-rounded, up to 9 mm in diameter, shiny, highly wrinkled, with a remaining calyx at the top consisting of five inconspicuous overlapping teeth. The flesh of the fruit is loose, fleshy, covered on top with a skin. Inside the flesh of the fruit are seed cavities with hard walls, fused with the flesh. In a cross-section of the rowan fruit, 2 to 5 seed cavities can be seen, each containing 1-2 seeds. The seeds are elongated, slightly crescent-shaped, with pointed ends and a smooth hard reddish-brown shell. The color of the fruits is reddish or yellowish-orange, reddish-brown. The smell is weak and distinctive. The taste of the aqueous extract is sour-bitter.

Кусочки плодов шиповника от оранжево-красного до красновато-коричневого, коричневого цвета, с внутренней стороны покрыты жесткими щетинистыми волосками; орешки мелкие, светло-желтые, твердые, продолговатые со слабо выраженными гранями. Плоды рябины яблокообразные, без плодоножек, 2-5 - гнездные, округлые или овально-округлые, в поперечнике до 9 мм, блестящие, сильно морщинистые, на верхушке с остающейся чашечкой из пяти малозаметных смыкающихся зубчиков. Мякоть плода рыхлая, мясистая, сверху покрыта кожицей. В мякоти плода находятся семенные гнезда, имеющие твердые стенки, сросшиеся с мякотью. На поперечном разрезе плода рябины может быть видно от 2 до 5 семенных гнезд, в каждом из которых может находиться 1-2 семени. Семена продолговатые, слегка серповидно-изогнутые, с острыми концами и гладкой твердой красновато-коричневой кожурой. Цвет плодов красновато- или желтовато-оранжевый, красновато-коричневый. Запах слабый, своеобразный. Вкус водного извлечения кисловато-горький.

Pharmacology
