How to use
About 16 g (1 tablespoon) of crushed rhizomes and roots are placed in an enamel container, poured with 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid, and infused in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 10 minutes, strained, and the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting decoction is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take orally while warm, 1/2 - 1/3 cup 2-3 times a day, 1 hour before meals. The treatment course is 2 weeks. It is recommended to shake the decoction before use.

Около 16 г (1 столовая ложка) измельченных корневищ и корней помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) горячей кипяченой воды, накрывают крышкой и настаивают на кипящей водяной бане 30 мин, охлаждают при комнатной температуре 10 мин, процеживают, оставшееся сырье отжимают. Объем полученного отвара доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.

Used in adults and children over 12 years of age as an expectorant for upper respiratory tract diseases. The decoction is taken orally in warm form at a dose of 1/2-1/3 cup 2-3 times a day, 1 hour before meals. The treatment course is 2 weeks. It is recommended to shake the decoction before use.
