How to use

Adults and children over 3 years old
Insert the contents of one microenema (5 ml) rectally, inserting the tip to its full length.
Newborns and children under 3 years old
Insert all the contents of one microenema rectally, inserting the universal tip to half its length.
If complaints persist for an extended period, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
For children under 3 years old, it is also possible to use a microenema with a shortened tip. In this case, it is necessary to insert all the contents of one microenema rectally, inserting the tip to its full length.
Instructions for use:
Break the seal on the tip of the tube.
Gently squeeze the tube so that a drop of the preparation lubricates the tip of the enema - this will facilitate the insertion process.
Insert the enema tip into the rectum.
By squeezing the tube, completely expel its contents.
Remove the tip while still gently squeezing the tube.

Указания по применению:
Отломите пломбу на наконечнике тюбика.

Сдавливая тюбик, выдавите полностью его содержимое.

Composition

1 ml of solution contains:
active ingredients: sodium lauryl sulfoacetate 9.0 mg, sodium citrate dihydrate 102.6 mg, calculated as sodium citrate 90.0 mg, sorbitol 625.0 mg;
excipients: glycerol 125.0 mg, sorbic acid 1.0 mg, purified water up to 1.0 ml.

A white or almost white viscous opalescent liquid.

Contraindications & warnings

• Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug;

• Intestinal obstruction and abdominal pain of unknown etiology;

• Simultaneous oral/rectal use of sodium/calcium polystyrene sulfonate.

With caution
It is recommended to avoid the use of this medication in cases of exacerbation of hemorrhoids, anal fissures, or hemorrhagic rectocolitis. Special precautions should be taken when used in patients with inflammatory or ulcerative diseases of the colon or with acute gastrointestinal diseases.

If symptoms persist, avoid prolonged use and consult a doctor.
If the medication has expired or is no longer usable, do not dispose of it in wastewater or throw it outside! Place the medication in a bag and put it in the trash bin. These measures will help protect the environment!

С осторожностью

обострения геморроя, анальных трещин или геморрагического ректоколита.
При применении у пациентов с воспалительными или язвенными заболеваниями толстой
кишки или с острыми желудочно-кишечными заболеваниями следует соблюдать особые
меры предосторожности.

Если симптомы сохраняются, избегайте длительного применения и обратитесь к врачу.
Если лекарственное средство пришло в негодность или истек срок годности – не выливайте его в сточные воды и не выбрасывайте на улицу! Поместите лекарственное средство в пакет и положите в мусорный контейнер. Эти меры помогут защитить окружающую среду!

Pharmacology

Lax Canon is a combined preparation that exerts a laxative effect. The effect occurs within 5-15 minutes. The composition of the preparation includes sodium citrate (a peptizer that displaces bound water contained in fecal matter), sodium lauryl sulfoacetate (liquefies intestinal contents), and sorbitol (enhances the laxative effect by stimulating water influx into the intestine). The increase in water content due to peptization and liquefaction contributes to the softening of fecal matter and facilitates bowel evacuation.
