How to use
Approximately 10 g (3 tablespoons) of linden flowers are placed in an enamel container, poured with 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid, heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strained, and the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml. The infusion is taken orally hot or warm 2-3 times a day: adults and children over 12 years - 1 cup; children aged 7 to 12 years - 1/2 cup; children aged 3 to 6 years - 1/3 cup; children under 3 years - 1-2 tablespoons. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Около 10 г (3 столовые ложки) цветков липы помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) горячей кипяченой воды, закрывают крышкой, нагревают на кипящей водяной бане 15 минут, охлаждают при комнатной температуре 45 минут, процеживают, оставшееся сырье отжимают. Объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл. Настой принимают внутрь в горячем или теплом виде 2-3 раза в день: взрослые и дети старше 12 лет - по 1 стакану, дети от 7 до 12 лет - по 1/2 стакана, дети от 3 до 6 лет - по 1/3 стакана, дети до 3 лет - по 1-2 столовые ложки. Flowers of Tilia cordata and Tilia platyphyllos.
A mixture of flowers, flower stalks, and pieces of bracts of various shapes. The color of the petals is whitish-yellow, the sepals are greenish or yellowish-gray, light brown, the bracts are light yellow, greenish-yellow, light green. The smell is weak, aromatic. The taste of the aqueous extract is sweetish, slightly astringent, with a sensation of sliminess.

Цветки липы сердцевидной и липы широколистной.
Смесь цветков, цветоножек и кусочков прицветников различной формы. Цвет лепестков беловато-желтый, чашелистиков - зеленовато- или желтовато-серый, светло-коричневый, прицветных листьев - светло-желтый, зеленовато-желтый, светло-зеленый. Запах слабый, ароматный. Вкус водного извлечения сладковатый, слегка вяжущий, с ощущением слизистости.
