How to use

About 10 g (3 tablespoons) of flowers are placed in an enamel container, poured with 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid, and infused in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strained, and the remaining raw material is pressed. The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
The infusion is taken orally in hot or warm form 2-3 times a day: adults and children over 16 years - 1-2 cups; children aged 13 to 16 years - 1 cup; children aged 7 to 13 years - 1/2 cup; children aged 3 to 7 years - 1/3 cup; children under 3 years - 1-2 tablespoons. The course of treatment is 5-7 days.
Before use, it is recommended to shake the infusion.

Около 10 г (3 столовые ложки) цветков помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) горячей кипяченой воды, накрывают крышкой и настаивают на кипящей водяной бане 15 мин, охлаждают при комнатной температуре 45 мин, процеживают, оставшееся сырье отжимают. Объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Настой принимают внутрь в горячем или теплом виде 2-3 раза в день: взрослые и дети старше 16 лет - по 1 - 2 стакана; дети от 13 до 16 лет - по 1 стакану; дети от 7 до 13 лет - по 1/2 стакана; дети от 3 до 7 лет - по 1/3 стакана; дети до 3 лет - по 1-2 столовые ложки. Курс лечения 5-7 дней.
Перед применением настой рекомендуется взбалтывать.

Composition

Linden flowers (Tiliae flores)

A mixture of flowers, flower stalks, and pieces of bracts of various shapes. The color of the petals is whitish-yellow; the sepals are greenish or yellowish-gray, light brown; the bracts are light yellow or greenish-yellow, light green. The smell is weak, aromatic. The taste of the aqueous extract is sweetish, slightly astringent, with a sensation of sliminess.

Липы цветки (Tiliae flores)

Смесь цветков, цветоножек и кусочков прицветников различной формы. Цвет лепестков беловато-желтый, чашелистиков зеленовато - или желтовато-серый, светло-коричневый, прицветных листьев - светло-желтый или зеленовато- желтый, светло-зеленый. Запах слабый, ароматный. Вкус водного извлечения сладковатый, слегка вяжущий, с ощущением слизистости.
