How to use
Crushed raw material: About 10 g (3 tablespoons) of flowers are placed in an enamel container, poured with 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid, and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, then cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strained, and the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take orally while hot, 1-2 cups 2-3 times a day.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Измельченное сырье: Около 10 г (3 столовые ложки) цветков помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) горячей кипяченой воды, накрывают крышкой и нагревают на кипящей водяной бане 15 минут, затем охлаждают при комнатной температуре 45 минут, процеживают, оставшееся сырье отжимают. Объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Принимают внутрь в горячем виде по 1-2 стакана 2-3 раза в день.
Перед употреблением настой рекомендуется взбалтывать.

Linden flowers contain a complex of biologically active compounds: essential oils, flavonoids, polysaccharides, saponins, tannins, carotenoids, ascorbic acid, macro- and microelements, and other biologically active substances.
Crushed raw material. A mixture of flowers, flower stalks, and pieces of bracts of various shapes. The color of the petals is whitish-yellow, the sepals are greenish or yellowish-gray, and the bract leaves are light yellow or greenish-yellow. The smell is weak and aromatic. The taste of the aqueous extract is sweetish, slightly astringent, with a sensation of sliminess.

Измельченное сырье. Смесь цветков, цветоножек и кусочков прицветников различной формы. Цвет лепестков беловато-желтый, чашелистиков - зеленовато- или желтовато-серый, прицветных листьев - светло-желтый или зеленовато-желтый. Запах слабый, ароматный. Вкус водного извлечения сладковатый, слегка вяжущий, с ощущением слизистости.

Description
Linden flowers are a medicinal product. Linden flowers contain essential oil, flavonoids, mucilage, and other biologically active substances. The infusion of linden flowers has a diaphoretic effect. It is recommended for conditions such as acute respiratory viral infections (symptomatic treatment). The infusion is taken orally in hot or warm form 2-3 times a day: adults and children over 12 years - 1 cup; children aged 7 to 12 years - 1/2 cup; children aged 3 to 6 years - 1/3 cup; children under 3 years - 1-2 tablespoons. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use. The flowers are ground, with 50 g per package. It is advisable to consult a doctor before use.

Липы цветки - это лекарственный препарат. Цветки липы содержат эфирное масло, флавоноиды, слизи и другие биологически активные вещества. Настой цветков липы оказывает потогонное действие. Рекомендуется при таких заболеваниях, как острые респираторные вирусные инфекции (симптоматическое лечение).
