It can also be secured with an elastic belt or bandage.
The pressure applied should ensure a pricking sensation within the limits of pain tolerance, which is usually accompanied by a feeling of warmth.
The sensation of warmth indicates high effectiveness of the treatment.
The duration and intensity of the application are individual for each person and are determined through experience.
The application period can range from one minute to several hours, but in most cases, the procedure lasts 5-15 minutes.
It is recommended to perform 1-2 procedures per day.

The following methods of application are effective in most cases:
1. The massager is placed on a horizontal surface (for example, on a bed or on the floor), then the user lies on it, ensuring a pricking sensation through body weight. The procedure lasts 5-15 minutes.
2. The massager is applied to the selected area and pressed with the hands for 40-60 seconds, after which the massager is removed. The procedure is repeated 5-10 times with short intervals.
