How to use

The Tibetan applicator soft universal roller is placed on a horizontal surface (for example, on a bed or on the floor), and then one lies on it, ensuring a prickling effect through body weight. The pressure should provide a prickling sensation within the limits of pain tolerance, which is usually accompanied by a feeling of warmth. The feeling of warmth indicates high effectiveness of the impact. The duration and intensity of the effect are individual for each person and are determined empirically. The exposure period can range from one minute to several hours, but in most cases, the procedure lasts 5-15 minutes. It is recommended to perform 1-2 procedures per day. Consult a specialist regarding individual application features.

Тибетский аппликатор мягкий валик универсальный кладут на горизонтальную поверхность (например, на кровать или на пол), затем на него ложатся, обеспечивая колющее воздействие с помощью веса тела. Сила вдавливания должна обеспечивать колющее воздействие в пределах болевой переносимости, которое обычно сопровождается ощущением тепла. Ощущение тепла свидетельствует о высокой эффективности воздействия. Время и сила воздействия являются индивидуальными для каждого человека и определяются опытным путем.
