How to use

For adults and children over 14 years old: 5 capsules twice a day with meals, providing a minimum intake of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids of 0.41 g - 20.5% of the adequate daily intake level, Vitamin E of at least 3 mg - 30% of the adequate daily intake level.
Nutritional value per 100 g of the product: fats - 80 g (of which Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, at least - 11 g), proteins - 14 g, Vitamin E, at least - 83 mg.
Energy value per 100 g of the product: 780 kcal/3200 kJ.
Duration of intake: 4-6 weeks. If necessary, the intake can be repeated. Repeated intakes may occur throughout the year.
