How to use
Method of Use and Dosage
For adults and children over 14 years old, take 1 teaspoon (3-3.5 g) once a day during meals, which provides an intake of Omega-3 PUFA of at least 0.5 g - 25% of the adequate daily intake level, and Vitamin E of at least 3.75 mg - 37.5% of the adequate daily intake level.
Nutritional value per 100 g of the product: fats - 99.5 g.
Energy value per 100 g of the product: 890 kcal/3700 kJ.
Duration of intake: 4-6 weeks. If necessary, the intake can be repeated. Repeated intakes are possible throughout the year.
