Proper nutrition, which limits the intake of saturated fats and cholesterol, and sufficient consumption of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) Omega-3, are important for the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system.
Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids help reduce low-density lipoproteins, normalize the ratio of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, which is important in the comprehensive prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
Omega-3 inhibit the processes of thrombosis, normalize cerebral blood circulation, improve memory, and have anti-inflammatory effects.
Vitamin E prevents cholesterol deposition in the walls of blood vessels, provides cell protection, positively affects joint health, improves protein utilization by the body, aids in the absorption of polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamins A and D, stimulates muscle activity, promoting glycogen accumulation and normalizing metabolic processes, and increases the resistance of erythrocytes to hemolysis.
