How to use

Pour 1 teaspoon of plant material with 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, infuse for 15 minutes, and strain.
Adults should take 1/2 cup of the infusion once a day during meals.
Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Duration of intake is 1 month.
If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

Appearance and properties: a heterogeneous mixture of flower baskets and their parts. Color is yellowish-green, taste is slightly bitter, somewhat slimy, spicy, and the smell is strong and aromatic.

Chamomile flowers are a natural antimicrobial agent and contain a large number of biologically active substances: essential oil, organic acids, vitamin C, polysaccharides.
Infusion of chamomile flowers has anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effects.
Used internally - in combination therapy for gastrointestinal diseases, as well as externally in the form of rinses, compresses, baths, and douching.
