How to use
About 15 g (1 tablespoon) of crushed rhizomes are placed in an enamel container, poured with 200 ml (1 cup) of cooled boiled water, covered with a lid, and infused in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, then strained without cooling, and the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting decoction is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take 1 tablespoon orally 3 times a day.
Locally, the decoction is used for rinsing the oral cavity.
It is recommended to shake the decoction before use.

Около 15 г (1 столовая ложка) измельченных корневищ помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) охлажденной кипяченой воды, накрывают крышкой и настаивают на кипящей водяной бане 30 мин, затем процеживают, не охлаждая, оставшееся сырье отжимают. Объем полученного отвара доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Принимают внутрь по 1 столовой ложке 3 раза в день.
Местно отвар применяют для полосканий полости рта.
Перед употреблением отвар рекомендуется взбалтывать.

The decoction of Potentilla roots has astringent and anti-inflammatory effects. It is used internally as part of a comprehensive therapy for gastrointestinal diseases (diarrhea, enteritis, colitis); locally - in the form of compresses and rinses for inflammatory processes in the oral cavity and throat (stomatitis, gingivitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis). The decoction is taken internally at a dose of 1 tablespoon 3 times a day. Locally, the decoction is used for rinsing the oral cavity. It is recommended to shake the decoction before use. Crushed roots - 50 g per package. It is advisable to consult a doctor before use.
