How to use
Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush. Gently brush the teeth with circular motions for 3 minutes. Rinse the mouth. If necessary, repeat the procedure. Recommended for daily use, after each meal, at least twice a day.

The RDA abrasiveness indicator ensures strict control over the size and concentration of abrasive particles. This RDA indicator helps select the appropriate toothpaste that effectively addresses its purpose while avoiding undesirable effects such as increased tooth sensitivity, enamel yellowing from consuming staining foods or smoking, and the accumulation of bacterial plaque. The abrasive used is SYLOBLANC® spherolites, which safely and effectively remove plaque, clean, and polish tooth enamel.

*The higher the abrasiveness of the toothpaste, the better it will remove bacterial and pigment plaque from the enamel surface. Choose toothpaste based on each hygienic and dental status according to the RDA scale:
• For sensitive teeth, toothpaste with RDA 20-25 units is suitable
• For children and gentle cleaning, toothpaste with RDA 25-50 units is appropriate
• For daily cleaning, the RDA should be around 70-80 units.
• Whitening toothpaste with RDA from 80 to 100 units can lighten teeth by approximately 1 shade with regular use over 2 months.
• For intensive whitening, toothpaste with RDA from 120 to 200 units can lighten teeth by up to 2 shades. Toothpaste with RDA 120 is recommended for use over 1 month, while RDA 200 should be used once a week.

• Для чувствительных зубов подходят зубные пасты с RDA 20-25 единиц
• Для детей и деликатного очищения подойдут зубные пасты с RDA 25-50 единиц
• Для ежедневного очищения показатель RDA должен быть около 70-80 единиц.
• Отбеливающие зубные пасты с RDA от 80 до 100 единиц позволяют осветлить зубы примерно на 1 тон - при регулярном применении в течение 2-х месяцев.
