Immune system side effects:
Very rare ( 1/10,000, < 1/1,000): skin reactions at the application site (burning, rash, itching, and urticaria). These symptoms may spread beyond the application site.If the existing symptoms of the disease do not decrease during treatment or if new unusual sensations occur, a doctor should be consulted.
When using Procto-Glivenol®, it is necessary to maintain hygiene of the anal area, avoid excessive straining, and take measures to maintain soft stool consistency.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery:
At dosages not exceeding the recommended levels, the drug does not affect the ability to perform work that requires concentration, quick mental and motor responses.

Очень редко (1/10 000, < 1/1 000): кожные реакции в месте применения (жжение, сыпь, зуд и крапивница). Данные симптомы могут распространятся за пределы места применения.Если имеющиеся симптомы заболевания не уменьшаются в процессе лечения или отмечается появление новых необычных ощущений, следует обратиться к врачу.
При применении Прокто-Гливенол® необходимо следить за гигиеной анальной области, избегать чрезмерного напряжения, принимать меры для поддержания мягкой консистенции стула.
Влияние на способность управлять транспортными средствами и механизмами:
В дозировках, не превышающих рекомендуемые, препарат не оказывает влияния на способность выполнения работы, связанной с необходимостью концентрации внимания, быстрых психических и двигательных реакций.

Immune system side effects:

In case of accidental ingestion, gastric lavage is recommended, as well as symptomatic supportive therapy.No interaction cases have been reported.

При случайном приеме внутрь рекомендуется промывание желудочно-кишечного тракта, а также симптоматическая поддерживающая терапия.Случаи взаимодействия не зарегистрированы.
Pharmacology
Combined anti-hemorrhoidal agent. Tribenoside reduces capillary permeability and improves vascular tone; it antagonistically affects certain endogenous substances that act as mediators in the development of inflammation and pain. Lidocaine provides a local anesthetic effect. The preparation leads to rapid relief of symptoms caused by hemorrhoids (pain, itching, and skin tension).
The systemic bioavailability of tribenoside from the suppository reaches 30% of the amount absorbed when the drug is taken orally (in capsule form). The peak plasma concentration of 1 µg/ml (tribenoside + metabolites) is observed 2 hours after the rectal administration of 1 suppository (400 mg of tribenoside). Tribenoside is significantly metabolized in the liver. 20-27% of the administered dose is excreted in the urine as metabolites.

Комбинированное противогеморроидальное средство. Трибенозид уменьшает проницаемость капилляров и улучшает сосудистый тонус; антагонистически воздействует на некоторые эндогенные вещества, выполняющие роль медиаторов при развитии воспаления и боли. Лидокаин оказывает местноанестезирующее действие. Препарат вызывает быстрое ослабление симптомов, вызванных геморроем (боль, зуд и натяжение кожи).
Системная биодоступность трибенозида, поступающего из суппозитория, достигает 30 % от количества, которое абсорбируется при приеме препарата внутрь (в виде капсул). Достижение максимальной концентрации в плазме, составляющей 1 мкг/мл (трибенозид+метаболиты), наблюдается через 2 часа после ректального введения 1 суппозитория (400 мг трибенозида). Трибенозид в значительной степени метаболизируется в печени. 20-27 % введенной дозы выделяется с мочой в виде метаболитов.

Procto-Glivenol is a combined medication for the treatment of hemorrhoids. These rectal suppositories contain two active components - tribenoside and lidocaine, which have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The medication provides rapid relief from symptoms caused by hemorrhoids (pain, itching, and skin tension). In cases of pronounced clinical symptoms, 1 suppository is administered in the morning and evening. When acute symptoms regress, 1 suppository is administered once daily. There are contraindications; it is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
