Indications
Hemorrhoids; anal fissures; erosive-ulcerative lesions of the rectum (including erosive-ulcerative sphincteritis and proctitis); catarrhal and atrophic proctitis; radiation damage to the mucous membrane of the lower sections of the colon.

How to use
Rectally. After bowel movement, insert the suppository deeply into the rectum. For adults and adolescents over 14 years old - 1 suppository 2 times a day. The duration of treatment is 10-15 days. If necessary, in consultation with a doctor, the treatment course may be repeated after 4-6 weeks.

Ректально. После опорожнения кишечника суппозиторий вводят глубоко в задний проход. Взрослым и подросткам старше 14 лет - по 1 суппозиторию 2 раза в день. Продолжительность курса лечения составляет 10-15 дней. При необходимости, по согласованию с врачом, через 4-6 недель курс лечения повторяют.
Composition
Composition per 1 suppository:
active ingredient - sea buckthorn fruit oil - 500 mg (equivalent to concentrated sea buckthorn oil - 300 mg with a total carotenoid content calculated as beta-carotene 400 mg% - 1.2 mg);
excipients: sunflower oil, butylated hydroxyanisole, butylated hydroxytoluene, glycerol monostearate, solid fat (Witepsol H 15, W 35, Supposir NA 15, NAS 50).
Suppositories in a torpedo shape, ranging from orange to dark orange in color. The presence of an air core and a funnel-shaped indentation on the cut is permissible.

активный компонент - облепихи крушиновидной плодов масло - 500 мг (в пересчете на облепиховое масло концентрат - 300 мг с содержанием суммы каротиноидов в пересчете на бетакаротен 400 мг% - 1,2 мг); вспомогательные вещества: масло подсолнечное, бутилгидроксианизол. бутилгидрокситолуол, глицерола моностеарат, жир твердый (Витепсол марки Н 15. W 35. Суппосир марки NA 15. NAS 50).
суппозитории торпедообразной формы от оранжевого до темно-оранжевого цвета. Допускается наличие на срезе воздушного стержня и воронкообразного углубления.

It possesses antioxidant and cytoprotective properties (due to the presence of fat-soluble bioantioxidants, it reduces the intensity of free radical processes and protects cellular and subcellular membranes from damage).
