The recommended intake (1 tablet) contains: L-carnitine - 500 mg, which is 167% of the adequate intake level and does not exceed the upper permissible level.
The main role of L-carnitine is to generate energy necessary for the functioning of the entire body. L-carnitine acts as a transporter, carrying fatty acids into the mitochondria of cells, where they are broken down to produce energy. Fatty acids cannot penetrate the mitochondria on their own, so the efficiency of energy metabolism directly depends on the content of L-carnitine in the cells. Since L-carnitine plays an active role in supporting the body's energy, its use is particularly beneficial during increased emotional, mental, and physical stress, as well as during rehabilitation after illnesses.
