How to use
Directions for use and dosage
Place 3 filter bags (4.5 g) in a glass or enamel container, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid, and steep for 15 minutes. Squeeze the filter bags, and adjust the volume of the resulting infusion to 100 ml with boiled water.
Use the infusion for rinsing in a warm state, 1/2-1 cup 6-8 times a day.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Способ применения и дозы
3 фильтр-пакета (4,5 г) помещают в стеклянную или эмалированную посуду, заливают 100 мл (1/2 стакана) кипятка, накрывают крышкой и настаивают 15 минут, фильтр-пакеты отжимают, объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 100 мл.
Применяют настой для полосканий в теплом виде по 1/2-1 стакану 6-8 раз в сутки.
Перед употреблением настой рекомендуется взбалтывать.

Characteristics
The oak bark contains 10-20% tannins, free gallic and ellagic acids, catechins, flavonoids, triterpenoids, sitosterol, vitamins B1, B2, B6, pantothenic acid, ascorbic acid, macro- and microelements, and other biologically active substances.
Pieces of bark of various shapes, passing through a sieve with holes of 2 mm in size. Color is yellowish-brown, light brown, light gray, silver. The smell is weak, peculiar, intensifying when the bark is moistened with water. The taste of the aqueous extract is strongly astringent.

Характеристика
В коре дуба содержится 10-20 % дубильных веществ, свободная галловая и эллаговая кислоты, катехины, флавоноиды, тритерпеноиды, ситостерин, витамины B1, B2, Вб, пантотеновая, аскорбиновая кислоты, макро- и микроэлементы и другие биологически активные вещества.
Кусочки коры различной формы, проходящие сквозь сито с отверстиями размером 2 мм. Цвет желтовато-коричневый, светло-коричневый, светло-серый, серебристый. Запах слабый, своеобразный, усиливающийся при смачивании коры водой. Вкус водного извлечения сильно вяжущий.
