How to use

The use of ROCS SENSITIVE "Instant Effect" toothpaste does not require complex actions and is practically the same as using regular toothpaste for daily hygiene.
Apply a small amount of toothpaste (1-2 cm) to the toothbrush.
Evenly distribute the toothpaste over the surface of the teeth and, using circular motions, clean them while simultaneously massaging the surface of the gums.
Then rinse the mouth with a small amount of water.
For the best effect, it is recommended to hold the water in the mouth for 20-30 seconds.

Использование зубной пасты ROCS SENSITIVE «Мгновенный Эффект» не требует выполнения сложных действий и практически не отличается от применения обычных паст для ежедневной гигиены
Нанесите небольшое количество пасты (1-2 см) на зубную щетку.
Равномерно распределите пасту по поверхности зубов и, круговыми движениями, очистите их, одновременно массируя поверхность десен.
Далее ополосните полость рта небольшим количеством воды.
