How to use

Apply a small amount of ROKS PRO Moisturizing toothpaste to the brush.
Perform tooth brushing (according to proper oral hygiene technology), while gently massaging the gums.
Teeth should be brushed twice a day: in the morning and evening after meals for 2-3 minutes.
This regimen helps eliminate food residues from interdental spaces, prevents the accumulation of soft deposits on teeth, and further calcification.
Start brushing teeth with the lateral (chewing) group from right to left on the lower jaw, then from left to right on the upper jaw, sequentially capturing 2-3 teeth and moving the toothbrush towards the front teeth.
To completely remove dental plaque from each surface of the tooth, at least 10 paired movements of the toothbrush should be made.
Clean the outer surfaces with vertical sweeping movements from the gum edge to the tooth edge, simultaneously massaging the soft tissues, which helps improve blood circulation and strengthens them.
Rinse the mouth, holding the water for 5-10 seconds.

Небольшое количество зубной пасты РОКС ПРО Moisturizing «Увлажняющая» нанести на щетку.
Выполнить чистку зубов (в соответствии с технологией правильной гигиены полости рта), параллельно, аккуратно массируя десны.
Чистить зубы необходимо дважды в день: утром и вечером после приема пищи в течение 2-3 минут.
Данная схема позволяет устранить остатки пищи из межзубных промежутков, предотвращает оседание мягких отложений на зубах и дальнейшее их обызвествление.
Чистку зубов начинают с боковой (жевательной) группы в направлении справа налево на нижней челюсти, а затем слева направо на верхней челюсти, последовательно захватывая по 2-3 зуба и перемещая зубную щетку в сторону передних зубов.
Для полного удаления зубного налета с каждой поверхности зуба необходимо сделать не менее 10 парных движений зубной щеткой.
Очищение наружных поверхностей производят вертикальными выметающими движениями в направлении от края десны к краю зуба, одновременно осуществляя массаж мягких тканей, что способствует улучшению кровообращения и укрепляет их.
Прополоскать рот, задерживая воду на 5-10 секунд.
